is there a build thread for this bike as i am about to fit a valve motor to my LC and am looking for a pathfinder to follow , especially how the PV is incorporated to the LC loom. etc. thanks mark

Still love my KR1S wheels though
Did they require a lot of jiggery pokery to fit them ?

Cheers, yes was quite a lot of fiddling. Had to make sleeves to bring the RS bearings down to the size of the spindles, also new spacers and had quite a chunk machined off the RS sprocket carrier to bring the chain run in. I also had the blank side of the front wheel machined so I could run twin discs, plus I had to convert to electronic speedo as the RS doesn't have a drive! I now run a Racetech electronic speedo in the LC housings picking up off the front discs bobbins. Luckily the Yam and RS wheels have the same pcd and bolt pattern so I used the old discs.

I was looking at putting an RS 250 rear wheel is as it's a 17 incher opposed to the KR1S 18 incher but it seemed that too needed dollops of metal off the sprocket carrier and fitting the sprocket on the inside , but ended up sticking with the KR wheels
