If you look for nikfubar in the finished or rebuild section you will find his 3rd hybrid build which had a hydraulic clutch.

Has anyone fitted one of those kits to a 4 LO? How the hell ya gonna do that, the clutch operates in a different way, would be quite easy though with a different kind of slave cylinder bolted to the outside of the side casing.

Perhaps you could bolt a Bandit slave cylinder like this to a 4LO casing.

Yup that would work with a longer push rod

Hi, I did a hydraulic clutch conversion on an Rd400e.Same sort of clutch actuation as an Lc. It needed a 3mm steel mounting plate, Triumph slave cylinder with a master from a YZF750. The pushrod length can take some working out/trial and error, so I made an adjustable rod, by welding a threaded insert on the end of the pushrod, so a shorter rod could be screwed in or out as necessary; The Rd400 cylinder head bolt was a spare that I cut down to use as the threaded boss to be welded on the end of the pushrod. Just to add, I had to remove 1 of the mounting castings off the slave cylinder to make it fit, but it was a relatively easy mod to do; Dusty
