If it fails on a split pin missing tell the tester it has locktight on it.
If it fails on brake pads tell him there sintered pads.
Its very difficult to fail a bike, I only ever fail kids scooters as they just dont look after them.
Nearly all real bikers bikes pass.

Good luck mate,i will get some pics of my bikes on soon/then hopefully get either the mk1 or mk3 ready for a ride out with ya in the summer. ;D

it passed ( eventually)
dispite all my checking it developed a fault in the wiring to the rear lights.
many thanks to both shaun for helping me to track down the fault and to kev for his patience while this was going on.
would recomend these guys to anyone. great service and a couple of good guys.
