Got a heavy duty hose kit from LMC however the hose diameter is slightly to large for the original hose clips, picked these clamps and hose finishers up from torques

NOS pipe fitted Couldn't get a 3 bolt end can from anywhere , got this manufactured at Aj's in hull - top job Should be finished by end of the week and ready for first fire

Around £50, but tony at Ajs has done a lot of other work for me. I found plenty of end cans on the bay, but couldn't get the right diameter for the NOS pipe. Tony's number is 07786 165335

ive got the same exhaust so same problem. was thinking of making my own, but if someone else can do it then im a happy bunny.

You can buy an Aprillia 125 end can on eBay for around £15- £20 there is very little difference and if your handy with the old metal work you can make it fit. It's the nearest there is to the original hope this helps or you can send the Aprillia can to Tony who will sort it

Hey what's the width of the rear rim on that? The Mk1 has a 1,80" rim at the back, but the later rims looks a bit wider? Nice progress btw.

Not this time mate, it went to Sc**thorpe Powder coaters on winterton road, 5 day turnaround really competitively priced and great job. Any one calling em needs to ask for Mark.
