Yes why not?. If it's for weight saving i would first weigh what you have. If it's for bling buy them What rims are presently fitted?

RGV VJ22 , the Dymags are meant to fit straight on but will contact them to make sure they accommodate the speedo drive thingy , i think I might be able to weigh wheels at work , but tbh its both weight and bling π

Adjusted the steering stem bearings to get rid of a clunk on hard braking. Slotted nut under top triple tree took 1/2 turn with everything loosened up. All good now.

Took Project KVN rear wheel, with a heavily oval and corroded brake drum, to a local brake specialist rumoured to be capable of skimming the drum. Alas, they have not performed this service for at least 14 years. By the time I got home, my day to day LC had a flat rear tyre. I have picked up a puncture... so on the whole, not the most successful day ever. This is what the drum looks like.

Trip to Image Works for decals printing and putting on for the current build. Ready for Lacquer and polishing. The front end piece on the panels will be satin black. 41B&W by Gary Woodward, on Flickr 40B&W by Gary Woodward, on Flickr Obviously black and white pics as the colour won't be seen until the bike is finished

We ended up all having a go on each otherβs bikes too. The 400βs definitely no slouch and the PV by far the quickest. But the LC the most fun for its lightness and powerband IMO ππ»
