I agree with all of the above Why why why Why not? You never know until you try. I'll give it a go for a while, see if it makes a good stable-mate for the YPVS & the T140 It's bound to be a better long distance bike than the XT660X that it has replaced

buell for sure, but i draw the line at agricultural machinery....sorry dude, but if we all liked the same stuff.................... I love my Tractor I've had a Ducati, so didn't want another one, I found the riding position too extreme at low speeds round town etc. Tuono was also a possibility, but from looking at a couple I reckon the HD is better built.

buell for sure, but i draw the line at agricultural machinery....sorry dude, but if we all liked the same stuff.................... The motor is quite Buell-like 90 horses apparently. I looked at some Buells a few years back, the build quality was shocking - more rust than my '77 Voskhod. Maybe they improved in later years?

Did a quick 20 miles on it tonight
Engine - stonking, mountains of torque, quite low geared, 3K is 55MPH, redlined at 7K & happy to rev round there.
Gearbox & clutch - light & nice - the biggest surprise to me, was expecting something Massey Ferguson
Belt drive - unobtrusive, you just wouldn't know.
Vibes - loads at tickover, disappear as soon as you get going
Handling - early days & spanking new front tyre, but seems excellent
Brakes - excellent, I believe it has a back one, but not tried it yet
Indicators - Bloody awful! 2 switches, one on each bar, baffling complexity for no gain
Best bit - the noise through the scorpion cans, and the baffles are still in.
