Nice bike! I looked at these a while ago, but there was no way I could get my feet on the ground unless I came to a stop in a trench

You'r going to absolutely love it, I have one of these (an 08 Tuono Daytona) and the best tip I can give you is to fit a 15t front sprocket and to hold on tight! ;D

Looks a nice bike. had a factory for 3 yrs and recently sold was time for a change. Some pointers for you...assume you may already know having had a Mille ... Just check the main rad hose on the right hand side is not wearing through. It catches on the right hand coolant cover edge. Sharp edge. Known issue. keep battery charged for positive starts. That clutch! Watch the small screws in the heat plate on rh side ( behind swing arm) they come lose I lost one. Just like the lcs they shake things to bits. Misting clocks you have to live with. If its not doing it you are lucky. Overall one of the best bikes I owned. Great fun. Missing it.

Anyway bet you love it front sprocket def worth doing. Most say going up on the back sprocket also is a thing to do but never got round to do it. The tuonoforum is a good place to go a lot of info Bossy

They all have the sprag clutch but it shouldn't be a problem if you keep it well charged. I recently fitted a new MOTOBATT battery to mine and it spins over quicker now. The thing to keep an eye on is the 'brown connector' which carries the charge from alternator to reg/rec. They have been known to melt and take out the stator. If it looks OK then it should be fine but if it looks doggy then get it replaced. I have the Gen1 shape Mille R but I really fancy a Tuono like yours when funds allow.
