I really like the build, the rear end looks like it was meant to be, the right length. Great paint work.

Very nice indeed. Got that factory look. What resolved the clutch slip in the end?

Lovely bike rdstars.
It was a conversation with nikfubar (GRHS) about his twin spar frame where he mentioned yours that prompted me to copy yours as it looked more factory.
Out of interest do you notice the extra ridgidity? (Mine’s not on the road yet to see).
Jon

Frame was beefed up at all the points and seem welded, still feels like an old bike of it's time but my play bike is a Hayabusa ( hardly a comparison )

Very nice indeed. Got that factory look. What resolved the clutch slip in the end? Thanks Not sure yet as I'm waiting for a new primary gear to come. I think where I had left it standing and the clutch locked on, me knocking it to free it etc messed it up. I've scuffed up all the Steels and think these may have caused it. Was fine before I left it standing and will be putting new frictions in.

My first F2 I had 30 years ago didn’t seem bendy to me at the time. I drove down to my local Honda dealer to test drive the new CBR 600 when it came out. I went for a test drive on it for an hour or so. Driving home on my F2 suddenly it felt it had a very flexible frame. Jon
