As i live just around the corner from Locksbottom I normally go, I might go along on the RGV250 if the missus don't want to go, otherwise it will be on the Z1000. If I had a RD I would go on that, but I've not bough one yet.

Probably be doing this if the weather is good.
Is this the Farnborough to Hastings run ?.
If so, I'm not far off route for you Kent boys on your way to Farnborough.
What bikes are you going on ?, is it 2-strokes or GSXR1000s ? ;D.

I normally go to Lockbottom, have a coffee and walk around looking at the bikes, then bugger off somewhere else. I can't stand the slow parade down the A21 to the coast, and the idiots that think that they need to overtake everyone on the way there. So if I do go to Hastings it's normally via maidstone and Rye, or come of the A21 and through Godstone ect.
i'm still not sure if the missus is going yet and therefore which bike. Do you guys normally park up in the main carpark at Hastings?

Where abouts in Locksbottom do people meet and what time do people start arriving and leaving there ?. Haven't ever been there before. Usually we park on the front (when we eventually get there) and have some nice Fish n Chips

In Locksbottom they park up in the high street and take up the whole road. bikes start arriving about 8:30 and keep coming in till about 10:00. We normally get there early and then leave about 9:30. I'm still trying to arrange with the missus if she intends to come along, if she does I'll have to take the Z1000 as the passenger pegs on the RGV are about 6 inches from the seat, I reckon only a child could fit on there. If she doesn't want to go then the RGV will get rolled out. I doubt I would make it to sissinghurst by 9:30, probably more like 10:00, but I could meet up at the seafront :-)

Sounds like a plan if the weather is to stay dry. I'm happy to meet at Locksbottom early and possibly even take the alternative route into Hastings to try and miss some of the congestion ?. Me and the misses will either be on a small stinker each (RD125LC or X7's etc.) or possibly 2up on the GSXR

Weather still looks ok for Monday during the day at least...... at the moment anyway. So let me try and get this straight......... Locksbottom is the Locksbottom just south of Bromley ??. That's the early meeting place ?.. Then we'll make our way down to the Garage in Sissinghurst for 9:30 ish to meet the rest of you guys . Then we'll leave there and get into Hastings missing most of the A21 gridlock ?? Sorry, I get confused easy..... it's my age ;D ;D ;D

sort of m8 the locksbottom start is the main run start. if u go with them ul probably end up doin a21 unless u remind urself u need to peel off to get to sissinghurst. The main run doesnt peel off ;D its only if u wanna meet up with us u need to leave the main run
