you're definatly going to turn a few heads when you ride out together, and make a few ears bleed!! Can't wait to see 'em both out, up and running.

Hi I read the various threads about TSS last night. Real shame it has all gone wrong for them. Not all the parts Steve supplied are gonna give you trouble though. He has listed in his posts over on the US forums which parts should be ok. Main issues are with 90 degree cranks, Fcr carbs and 485 cylinders. I have never used TSS, but it's a real shame when a firm that is in business to make our bikes better has such problems. There is a lot of cat fighting going on on the US forums, but anyone interested can start here; www.rzrd500.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7287Hope your build works out ok. It's an awesome project. Regards Dusty

i was just looking at one of them temp guages for the water hose the other day but wasnt sure what size to go for . Isnt it fitted in the wrong end of the cooling system, surely the correct temp reading is taken after the coolant has been thro' the motor & before the radiator. OEB

so your gonna put it under your tank then ehh...what u gonna do jump off at the lights to have a peek......mate theres no other place to put it and thats where atv put them....yes i suppose it would read bit cooler but it gives you a good reading of how hot the water is thats fed to your motor!

Both mine and smads bike run both inline and clock temp gauge so ther for givin a full proof way of keeping an eye on what's going on with the temperature around the complete cooling system, most of all they look the nuts and keep people asking silly questions about them lol
