How about you let everyone see it but you can't post something for sale unless you have 25 posts, or have paid for an ad or something.
I've been looking for a bike for ages and chances are someones had one for sale on here and I could have bought it.
Now I've bought one I might need some bits but will have to buy from elsewhere until I hit the right post count.
I don't see a problem with being able to see the sales section, I assume you don't have a problem with people buying stuff, just want to keep out chancers trying to make a quick buck and then moving on.
