Be carefull Poweder coatings are thick and some are thicker than others. But ..all.. will cause serious "fit" problems where clearances are critical. There.. are.. paints designed for Calipers that do not have the problems, look, or cost of Powder.

I must admit.............I've never had any brake calipers powder coated.............never found the need. If you use good quality paints you can get exactly the same effect for a fraction of the cost of powder coating. Plus I always worry about the effect high temperature baking has on the alloy.................it must warp them slightly

I am the same as dirtbag
I have never had a set powder coated . I allways just spray them or polish them.
However i have had calipers that have been and they have fitted no problem .
