I think the bidder might be Carlos the Venezuelan diego who purchased the bike brand new in 1981 and now wants it back ,the other bidder is probably just a random retard.

I had a back tooth pulled yesterday ,I was in and out of the dentist in less than 15 minutes and that included 5 mins filling in forms about Covid and making another appointment so about 10 minutes in the actual chair all for the bargain price £192.00!

Hi guys have just completed my 350lc hybrid. Engine standard have had frame wheels swinging arm re powder coated, fitted Yamaha tzr 3ma usd front forks wheel and brakes, fzr400 rear end new Allspeeds and painted tank and panels renthal bars . Tried to keep it looking stock but with modern brakes and handling. Also fitted yss shock. Now restoring a 250lc to standard. Also just selling my other 250lc which has different forks wheels Brenbo brakes , carbon side panels. Renthal bars. And have another 350lc German import in the wings. Thanks for letting me join your group. Don’t know how to add pictures. I like the idea of using the TZR & FZR parts to keep it all Yamaha,I bet it looks great.

I think the whole black lives matter thing has created a lot more racial tension and division, I don't thing its had a positive outcome at all, its seems to be a thing of two different sides with no middle ground ,probably because of the character and background of George Floyd himself. Read the posts above for example ,globally there's a fight brewing.

The point he makes about modern slavery is a good angle on it.

He flipped his lid and lost his shit, granted, but he probably was going to spend that particular evening or whatever in his house being a normal member of society until some c**t decided to break the law and take his bike, I have empathy for him poor bloke.

I think the average copper has more on their plate now than they did 40 odd years ago, what ever you think of them ,they are short staffed and working to budgets etc dealing with mental people who clearly would not have been on the streets back then and are constrained by racism and snowflakes in general. They don't have the swagger that they did in the 80s and these days I reckon they don't have time for hooligans on motorbikes. Everything seems to rely on video evidence which is fast becoming the norm everywhere you go there seems to be a camera. I am crap at wheelies so it doesn't effect me.

I held the local police in low esteem then, maybe not so much now, a couple of my mates are serving Police, but I loved it back then when they chased me and I got away, I will always remember the Police from the 1980s as t**ts because they were.

Looked at a diamond back and a set of skyway wheels but then thought I’ll look like a 51 yr old fat tit. So not having a Diamond back stopped this from happening? Lol

It was great in the 80s when the police had to actually catch you or you got away,I loved it when they replaced the petrol MK2 Escorts with the diesel MK3 they never stood a chance.Bunch of tossers.

I sent one in with the Austrian documents that had everything on them, Yamaha issued from new with the exact date of first registration and all the old keepers names etc all Austrian Gov stamped, I really, really didn't want to part with it but I needed to get it registered , idiots at Dvla sent it back ,saying I needed proof of first registration in English FFS,so I got a dating letter from Paul Dawkins, got it registered and got to keep the Austrian log book which was a bonus, only thing is they put RD350r on the uk log book and its a 1983 31k but I can't be arsed to change it.

Same here , had my car in an independent garage in Stornoway last week for a sensor in the rear diff the guy phoned me raging that he could.nt :code: the sensor to the car because the software wouldnt let him in, he had already done it with another Audi so it has to go to Inverness to the main dealer to get coded and a new battery that also needs coded to the car !! Beware if you own a big Audi and it starts playing funny buggers like just turning over and not starting or worse still cutting out for no reason anywhere it fancys its the battery, thinking of changing to an old quattro at least i can sort that myself to go with the lc,s Dont even go there with sensors on Audi what a pile of crap they have become ,I always had Audis for years until they put sensors made of jelly everywhere they could, they fail regularly ,throw up a management light when there is actually no fault at all apart from the actual sensor itself and it makes Audi £500 every time that happens. I only buy jap now.
