What an assortment of bikes, even looks like a Honda 400/4 - no.32. Wonder what class this would have been. Looks like no 102 has jump started LOL

The BMW getting air, is that Neil Hodgson at Portimo from the Portugal MotoGP last weekend from his televised lap he does. He was telling Suzi and Sylvan Guintolli he got big air but finally admitted photo was photoshopped. He was grinning all the time he was trying to convince them, LOL. Check out Jack Miller clearing over 21m going over the same brow in the track, incredible.

I bought a clear lensed led bulbed light a few years back which also has built in indicator function. Never wired in the indicators though, so whilst not anymore recessed it is less obvious. Purchased from France if memory serves me right

My mate and family are in Croydon on holiday and he texted me yesterday to say approx 30 LC’s of all models just rode rough and 5 500’s in the group, unfortunately he did not have time to take a photo nor video. He said the smell and sound was orgasmic.

I like it, seen the video clip on Facebook. Cannot see if exhaust come out through the seat tail or not, the only other thing looks as though bars could do with being lower. The colour scheme is also iconic, maybe that’s why it looks so cool

That is lovely. My Dad had a Velocette Venon Clubman which I had always hoped one day would be handed down to me but unfortunately when he passed away it went back to his best friend who had the bike originally. Story was way back probably 50+ yrs ago dad could hear a bike being kicked over out in the road but not firing up. He watched this for a few minutes and eventually approached the fella and asked could he have a go at firing her up. Needless to say Dad fired it up straight away. Dad then offered to buy the bike which the fella duly sold. They then became best mates and an agreement was made that if the current owner needed some money the bike would be traded between themselves first being being offered on the open market. Apparently this arrangement happened on a few occasions and ended with Dad being the owner and on passing away (way to early only 59)the bike went back to Rob. Brilliant outcome and the correct thing to have happened.

there is another company on Facebook called Aspire Competitions that do the same thing and back in January this year my brother purchased 2 tickets and won a VW T6 4 motion fully converted camper van that wanted for nothing so they are legit, mind you I have not won anything but then I purchase the odd ticket only now and again.

Yes dropper posts are a game changer even on a full on downhill rig, allows you to pedal around without destroying the old knees, then just drop out of the way on the downs. I have an INntense Socom of similar age full eight inches of coil sprung travel at both ends, so plush. Only trouble is at 57 yrs old and carrying a few too many pounds chucking it down a mountain now is a disaster waiting to happen, but having ridden it out in Morzine 8 years ago is full on fun. Still keeping it just in case we get back out there, will thenbe using it to roll down the hills and enjoy the comfy ride. Oh to be mid 30s again.

Are you sure the forks are Marzocchi, don’t recall Marzocchi doing a reverse arch but Manitou certainly did as did Pace but don’t think they are Pace but do look like Manitou Sherman’s. If they were Pace you would be sitting on an interesting set of forks

M500 RGV - not only a cracking number plate but OMG that bike is beautiful. If that was produced today surely that would sell by the boat load, simply stunning

The picture of Spencer and Sheene is ace. How times have changed no gravel trap no run off with rumble strips does not look like any spectator barrier fences 10ft tall photographers stood on grass in crash zone no big advertising hoardings blocking spectators view no aero humps on leathers with drink dispenser built it elbows off the floor, admittedly corner may not have required such
