Thought I would post a couple of pics of my race bike, before it goes in the shed to make room for next seasons main bike - this RD was after all, a cheap bike for a second ride. Next time I see this bike will be end of Feb, when I pull the blanket off it !! Maybe for next year I will clean the surface rust off the pipes and clear coat them....or maybe not, ha ha.

Cheers for the comments !
I built it for the up to 750 class in CRMC, as I put 17" wheels and 4 pot brakes and 38mm FZR forks (with R6 internals) its legal for the group 2, period 4 class....dont worry, the classic club rules are confusing to everyone anyway.
I wanted it to look stock-ish, hence the standard seat but I decided to run a TZ350 top half cos I couldnt find a decent cheap nosecone, but its come out quite good in the end and makes it look a bit hotroddish !
It sounds like no other Valvie on the grid, +4mm, 66mm blaster pistons, Zeeltonic (with no flywheel - just a disc with two nodes on).....even sounds better than a real TZ !!
I won at Aintree on it in the Oct meeting in the 500 Forgotten Era class and got 3rd in SS400, but it was only its first real race on it as it had trouble the weekend before at Cadwell but I am pleased how it came out and it seems like it will be a competitive bike after getting it set up a bit more.
Probably be for sale end of 2011 though....next project and all that.

Would love to hear a video of the bike running, when you pull the covers off obviously. Also, would you mind telling what year TZ the top fairing is from???
