Great pics everyone! I think there are some photo albums in the loft. I shall investigate.

Spot the difference - no tax disc holder on the headlamp mount!!!!!!
Very nice bike and well restored, is it all period correct? My 1982 LC was purchased in the same colours, although now also restored I have made a few minor mods some of it due to correct parts availability\high prices on OE items.

An excellent job and you must be very pleased and proud, mine is about 90% period correct including the Olive drab parts etc, apart from a brake upgrade and a few non-standard parts.

Chuffed to bits with it took a while to find the right bike but with the help of this forum got to get in touch with Kev and the rest is history

Unfortunately, these bikes seem to be commanding good prices, and no doubt, for me, living in London, they could be seen as a very practical asset as they are ULEZ free and regarded as historic. Hence cheap to run as there is only insurance to pay.
I hope you get to enjoy yours to the full and they are such a relatively practical bike to use for just more than the occasional blat etc. I used to commute on mine prior to the rebuild and it was a very good all-rounder.
