I picked up a TZR left hand switchgear from Norbo a while ago, it stated that the wiring was slightly different to the RD 125 LC. I've temporarily wired up the switch gear to the loom with bullet connectors and can get everything working apart from the indicators. I've two wires left, and a double earth on the loom and two wires coming from the switch gear. Then there's a random 4 pole plug which has nothing to connect to. Any ideas?     Thanks |

You would have to open up the switch and see where they are going to, Does the TZR have a Headlight flash button, You know the one on the front of the switch,,,, Might be it

Find the wiring diagrams for both bikes and check the switch info on there as they show the connections on them as well as the wiring and write them down for each and you should be able to sort this. I doubt many people here have experience of TZR switches...
I actually assumed you had used the wiring diagrams to work out what you had so far, if that is not the case then you should start again as you can never just assume with this stuff :/

About to do it with f2 switchgear onto 31k loom

   That's the RD one at the top, TZR 2HK at the bottom (What my switch gear is off) The switches are physically identical (Norbo sells them in the RD 125 LC section as replacements), only the connecting plug was different to my RD loom. |

I don't see this connector on the RD wiring diagram anywhere, could this be the indicators?   |

If you compare the wire colours on 4 pole plug to the 125 wiring diagram it would appear that plug is the indicators.

Yes, ~I meant to say, I have since sorted this and that white block is indeed the indicators, well, 3 of the cables are. I'm just struggling to get the sidelight wired in now and the job's a goodun
