Hi, Just looking at the state of my standard exhausts (4L0), it's time for a decoke, a dent to be pulled / filled and then a re-paint, but just came across a thread where people were discussing copies or near copies of standard exhausts being made, so did this progress any further?
I had some lovely S/S TSA road pipes on the bike and it went like stink, but I prefer the classic cigar look (my MOT tester gave me notice on the last test about excessively loud pipes). Retaining the centre stand is also a must have.
All information gratefully received.

Depending on cost, I could be interested in a pair,...I'm sure that a repo set would sell well, every other part for an LC does.

Has anyone in the UK got a set of these pipes on a bike at all?
The previous thread said there was interest, but did anyone buy some?
Anyone know if they will fit a 4L0? maybe a minor bracket mod required?
Deffo interested in a Black set if they are any good.

Fitting and working with the engine are quite different things. Have a chat to Mutts, he may be able to help you.

GR exhausts are from Spain. You probably not find them on any bike in the UK. The reason has to do with conservatism. Nothing wrong with that though 🤗

I had a chat with Muttsnuts (Dave) and there are no immediate plans to make any standard looking copies, the Spanish company sent me some details and prices and their pipes are for YPVS variants, so may not be happy on a 4L0, I will just have to keep looking for someone to re-furbish the original pipes... Thanks Peeps

The black OEMs look really good, pricey and YPVS only, I will give them a miss and look for a refurb, or until there is enough interest for one of the local exhaust gurus to make a batch up.
