Im looking for the easiest way to remove and replace the 4 cush bushes. Scared to attempt this as it looks a nightmare... Thx in advance. Maybe a 350 rim is the easiest solution

I have a couple of RD250LC wheel sets.
I could sell just a rear wheel I suppose?
Are yours that knackered?

Eeek, Ive never found one that has any movement.
They do pull out, but after this many years... yeah, maybe take Jon up on his offer.
