Further to my recent post.... I need a set of MICHELIN tyres for a 4lo 350lc 1980 Front 3.00 - 18 Or 90/90 -18 in new sizes And Rear 3.50 - 18 Or 110/90 - 18 in new sizes So, has Anyone got a Set..? Could be used ?/n.o.s don’t care...just need the Correct sizes ! Michelin Currently Do make 2 modern options for Front LC Fitment but, Not Rear so, a REAR tyre in the correct size would Really help me out ! Thanks Brian Yes, I know there are a few ‘other’ makes available for LC’s, this is for a period race replica project that would of had Michelin tyres on it

Ok so why Michelin? Original were Yokohama’s? 2 decent sets available either Avon roadridders or battluxs.

If it’s the look of the tyre, what about heidenau?

The originals were Yokohama not Michelin. You can still get a replica of the metzeler me33 that every fitted in the day, or Dunlop tt100 if you’re after a classic look.

I think he's saying the bike had Michelin decals on it hence the originality of the race bike...not the actual bike that started life with craporama tyres.

Personally I would not want to ride on a NOS tyre. Tyres rubber degrades over time and UV light.

And yes old tyres are a risk but if is this to purely to put the bike back to 'as was' then fair play. It's very hard work trying to source some parts as we all know!

Be nice if you found a pair of high sport TF11 and TG22's Have seen them for sale in the past and no doubt there are some in some barn somewhere. I've only got old tyres on a spare set of wheels for an rg250.

Think I've got a 3.00 x 18 Michelin M45 in the garage if it's any good to you?
