Stripping my casing and the actuator is very loose in the nylon bushing with worm drive. Can any of you steer me in direction of an available replacement Seem out of stock everywhere thx

No longer available, I'm afraid.
On my RD550LC triple thread, I fabricated an RG250 clutch actuator onto the left cover. These actuators use ball bearings, so a better action. The pushrod needs modifying as well.

Bloody hell didn’t realise they are nla must have been recent as I bought a new one last year. Norbo not got any in stock?

Jon, the white part is not available separately from Yamaha . The Yambits actuator is aftermarket - not genuine Yam

I used one from a 1989 FZR600 (3HE) Was told they were a straight swap, but from memory, I had to open out the mounting holes in the actuator slightly to get the holes to line up. Clutch is quite firm to pull now, although that could be the heavy duty clutch springs I put in?
