Looks like a pair of Tz cylinders to me. Gotta love the press hyping it up ! He apparently run onto the grass at the end of the strip whilst slowing down. Bit different to Hammond flipping the Vampire at 280mph and ending up in a coma for 2 weeks. Dusty

Flintoff crashes an awful lot. When asked how fast the bike would go, the owner replied about 120......Freddy reached 124 so no questioning his determination. Air cooled rd bottom end with reverse tz barrels.

Avgas is handy, if you want 100 octanes or more, but I can't see much use for lead on a 2 stroke. We ain't got any valve seats to lube.

I thought the lead content helped prevent detonation/knock ? The fact the bike is referred to by the press as a jet bike makes me think it's using "jet" fuel ? You can get unleaded Avgas apparently Dusty

Yep, the TEL is principally in avgas as an octane booster.
