Are LC chain guards really selling for around £50.
Four different sellers on eBay all £48 or over.
I know the YPVS ones sell for half that.
LC plastic bits are getting ridiculous.

The bike spares and accessories we all used to spend all our dish back in the day buying shite and bling and how many of us kept the stuff we replaced? Mudguard chop it, chainguard replace with alloy one, seat bin it, spannies check consequently all the std stuff people seem to want is rare. Personally never seen the appeal of a std lc it’s not what we wanted back in the day.

YPVS chainguards are still available, so cost is determined by Yamaha, whereas LC ones have not been available for many years, so good ones will fetch a premium. I am waiting for tooling to be done for replica ones, but may be some time.

I’ve just dug one out, and looked for a rough price.
I was a bit shocked, but then I shouldn’t be as I’ve seen number plate holders, tool trays and coil covers go for silly money. It seems any LC plastic parts are worth good money.
What’s a fair price to sell on here? £35 plus post?
