I rode my Mk3 for the first time in a while last night and by god it felt flat. Fresh 99 fuel and it still felt flat low down - far worse than i remember. I am going to check the compression - any idea where it should ideally be ? Its a Mk3 full power working YPVS
Once it hits 8k it does seem to fly along. it does seem very rich and lethargic though. not willing to rev and pulling out of a jcn is pretty dangerous.

Hi, If you know what the comression ratio is on your "MK3" you should be able to work out what the compression pressure should be. Here is an old post about a 250 lc, use the same formula for your MK3 once you find out what the compression ratio is. steven. rdlccrazy.proboards.com/thread/12394/rd-lc-250-compression
