Gutted for you mate, we have a nuisance problem with cats, but theyβve stopped short of vandalismβ¦ so far!.
On the plus side at least you hadnβt applied your decals yet, itβs annoying but youβll get it sorted bud ππ».

Cheers mate. I think it might just pop out from the inside. The metal is pretty thin!

Ooof, bugger. you can try and pop it for sure. make up an LC shaped bar with a rounded end (large is best) and gently tease it out. dont press directly on the flange of the cap, put something in there to stop that bending. dont use compress air, you'll just make a fat butterfly.

Iβd love to see what an LC shaped bar looks like? Jon

Looking good mate - glad you got it sorted. The ally swarf does a great job of gumming up the blade teeth doesn't it !! I really like the look of the foot plates without the pillion pegs Dusty

Alex, put them under the bars, rather than on top, thats how the LC was and they will stick up less.

I finally got that rear of the frame off. I'll get the curved bit welded back onto the rear along with a mount for a light and the number plate. I know I don't need a light for the MOT and she won't have one, until after the MOT when a small brake light will be added. The tank is pretty much dent free now but I need a skim of filler on that cat ding, so that's the next job then respray it again and leave it in a cat free environment! More lugs have to be cut off the frame and 2 mounting points welded to the right side for the footrest mount and perhaps a side stand mount too. www.aircooledrdclub.com/smf/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=56733.0;attach=81464;imageAlex

Thanks mate. Need to find a flippin' exhaust for it! None anywhere so I am thinking about adapting a Mito 125 one to fit...or anything really!
