Might need a bike collecting and delivering in the near future.
I will message Mr Koptite of course but has anyone used any other companies recently that they would recommend to get a quote from ?.
Cheers

You know me better than that, if I were buying anything, I would view and collect it myself. Selling

I used a company last summer that I had recommended to me by a mate, it's owned and run by a fellow bike enthusiast by the name of Rick, great service & superb value - www.haulinasstransport.co.uk/

I used Mike at motormovers.co.uk to transport a Lambretta from Turin to N Notts last Dec. He's on FaceBook. He's the guy with the KR1-R in one of last years editions of Practical Sportsbikes. Great service & good price.

Mike (Kopite) is a really good guy. He moved an arcade machine for me at really short notice and got me out of the crap and at a really good price.
He is a bike nut so not sure why anyone would want to go anywhere else?

I’ve also used Daren at Redline Motorcycle Transport. He moved a 250LC from Boston, Lincs to N Notts for just £100.

Depends what your looking for, I used a van service when I got the 31K off Fozzy, £77 from Wales to Hampshire but I had to give them a 48hr window to do it. Bike arrived nicely strapped in and driver was A1, he was doing a planned round trip I believe. If its of any used let me known I'll dig out company details.

I think if you can work it to the couriers timings, you can get a more favourable price but having used many couriers over the years, the fact Mikes van is all soft lined , he has the proper gear, knows the bikes and has proper insurance gives that reassurance and piece of mind, the momentary sweetness of a cheaper price soon fades when your pride and joy arrives in a condition it wasnt handed over in.
Mikes also checked some bikes for me before buying as well, which has come in handy!
