Going to get my swing arm blasted and powder coated, does anyone know what the hole is for on the right hand side?? was going to weld it up before powder coating. Tony

Looks like a bolt hole for a bracket that guides the brake hose to me.

It's just a hole
No purpose other than to vent the cavity underneath I think

In the real world it has 2 uses
1) to shake the shot out from after powdercoating
2) for use as a "knackeredometer" (if you shake the arm and lots of rust flakes fall out its f*cked)
