I had mailed them with a leed i had and asked them to look in to it i wont elaborate more but it just required a phone call on there behalf to ask for some info . this was there reply
Thank you for your email , unfortunately at this point the crime has been filed due to there being no lines of enquiry.
I just gave them a f**king line of enquiry talk about useless
Any way this was my reply back to them
God forbid you lot should actually make any Enquirers on intelligence received, you just want stuff to fall in your lap don’t you not prepared to do a bloody thing, no one even came out to see if any one heard anything on the road look at the sean of the brake in nothing . Everything has been left up to be useless just what every one said you'd be like . You know some time you have to actually do some police work to get a crime solved , you know looking to Leeds look at the crime seen talk to people, but your not going to do a bloody thing are you, just this is your number for the brake in sorry you have almost 15K of stuff stolen we have go sit at the side of the road now and catch drivers with our PNR its ezy simple and we dont have to do any investigating and it looks good on the books as we can show convictions without having to spend any time looking in to crimes ..

A £15,000 crime...and they do f**k all.....An absolutely criminal response...... Sorry to hear it Norbs.....but I'm not surprised. It may be worth a letter to the Chief Constable....or maybe not if you are not on the square.

Bloody awful! I am sure you are fed up with contacting people, but the Police Commisioner for your area should know about this, and the MP. As you say they are happy to look for driving offences but do not want to know about any thefts and breaks in!!

Absolutely shocking
Crooks can take what they like and as long as no one sees them do it the police won't look for them
A simple anonymous tip off about arms dealing will get a reaction

Sometimes a man has to take the law into their own hands......
Chances are they won't investigate.

How about speaking to the local press about lack of response from the rozzers? Would also get the reward and pics info spread more widely.....

Unlikely as it may seem if i ever did fined the person who set this up and i make the distinction between the people that took the bikes and the person who told thgem were to come id bloody well take the law in to my own hands and take the consequences, They would never be able to use ther hands and whats left of there fingers for the rest of there life . A bit OTT you may think but trust me a lump hammer and they 10 digits is what they need.

In the past, I've found that a good way to get a response from them is to call them out on their facebook page- you know, the one with the pictures of them doing anything else apart from solving crimes. Then paste the link in an e-mail to the Chief c**tstable, PCC, and cc in the local MP, pocal paper, etc. If they're shamed on social media, it usually grabs their attention.
Or, you could make an anonymous call to crimestoppers detailing the address, and say that they're selling stolen goods, distributing drugs, and you've heard that one can purchase a firearm there as well..........

Norbo that is why I asked you if you wanted me to write an email for you. I know how they work and think. What they hate more than anything is poor PR. Sadly the response is normally dictated by central government and the funding they receive it isn't personal although it sure feels like it. Let me know if i can assist in anyway. As above make yourself a pita post on their FB pages, twitter account etc, what you need to do is take the emotion out of it and post facts, look at the crime and policing responses etc thats why I asked if it had been recorded as a burglary dwelling or not etc. Cheers

This is bloody crazy! It’s ridiculous that you didn’t get a visit and then not interested in a lead! Makes my blood boil ... DONT let this go Norbo, this is not what we expect from our police force, they have obviously lost focus and need Re calibrating, if we say nothing then it will continue and what then total anarchy! Please do what 4lo4ever suggested and go to the local press.. fingers crossed for you Pal ... Dono

I heard this morning on BBC TV that Notiinghamshire Police are hot on wolf whistling and jeering which they class as 'hate' crime. Well having the bikes stolen is a crime we all HATE! Agree with previous comments do not let it go.

Reply back and tell them you may have also been whistled at. Serious note. Your lead. Can you not investigate yourself. Are you getting close? If so move fast before they disappear former... Best wishes..

Couple of weeks ago 3 work vans I’m my road were turned over during the night, thieves broke in using immobilisers nicking all the power tools, coppers weren’t interested just issued a crime no, seems that there is no threat of action from the police and that scum can do what they please ffs

About five years ago i took a load of teenagers carting. You were given red balaclava's for under the helmets. We decided to wear them in the Landy on the way home. It did not take 10 minutes before i was stopped by the police. They told me i was very irresponsible and not to do it again as we had scared people. Till this day i still wonder if i had actually broke the law?

I’m afraid that policing in this country has now descended to an all time low , basically the mantra now is “ we can’t catch the criminals , so we’ll criminalise what we can catch”.

f**king useless t**ts never eeven came out or looked at any cctv in the surrounding villages to see who was coming and going at 2 or 3 am sat morning, just to much effort . If we ever get the people involved in this and i dont just mean the scum that stole the bikes but the person who put them my way told them about my bikes and ether showed then were i live or gave them my address its going to be threw other bikers being offed the parts from the bikes or seeing them in a lock up word gets about and at some time with any luck we will get them we will have to do all the work and i f**king guarantee it will be us who will dish out the penalty.

Norbo- a few years ago, I caught a couple of w4nkers in my garage trying to nick my XT500. I gave them only the smallest of pastings (one of them started to feign an asthma attack!), but the old bill got shirty about it and threatened to arrest me for using excessive force (even though they threatened me with a wheelbrace they'd found in my garage). So if you do dish out the penalty, DON'T LEAVE ANY WITNESSES. Feed 'em to the pigs.

its unlikely ill ever fined out who took them or witch one of my customers put them my way to come and seal in the first place . But i must admit if i did ever fined them what i would do to them would leave thgen unable and un wiling to tell the pigs who and why they got what they had coming .

I was once told by a member of our constabulary to knock them out as evidence is not admissible in court from someone who has been unconscious
So I guess no news Norbo?
