Best way to protect edge of belly pan from heat from allspeed fitted if possible, thought could drop a tad .may be stick some heat shield in, any other options. Cheers Oz, Also seeking nos right rear foot peg, and nos left white side panel.

I'm having similar problems, and did back in the day. My bellypan is off while the Allspeed is fitted, even the down pipe is too close for my liking.

Ya jay, but the two tabs on belly pan sit in the bottom of rad cover, not much gap to play with, can’t understand why allspeed down pipe off right so much🙄as is touching the side of the belly pan, ready to melt like a welly🙄

I think the only way out is to be a cheap pattern and modify the right side. Something i ain't prepaired to do to a genuine one.

had a few Allspeeds and often had the problem of it melting the bottom of the pan but never the side? are the brackets on the frame that hold the rad cover in place straight? moving the rad cover over slightly will move the belly pan over more. hard to tell with out seeing it but when you fasten the exhaust up there is sometimes room to move it around before tightening it up? hope this helps?
