Hi Done a search for wiring the twin Banshee coils, but it seems all previous pics were linked to Photof**kers, so I cant see them Anybody got any pics ? It's for my Lc. I'm guessing an orange from the looms coil connector to the spade on one coil, and then linked to the other coil's spade connector. Then the opposite ends of the coil linked together and earthed ? Is that right ? Thanks Dusty

Hi Dusty the orange wire go to both coils and the black wire earths to the frame. In the picture below i used an orange red wire instead of orange.

Ah ok. Haven't offered mine up yet, although I did get a pair of brackets from Norbo. Will have a play around with it when I get time. Cheers Dusty

I don't think it matters which way you fit them, this was easier solution for me.

Thanks for that Rigga Just to confirm - I will connect an orange wire from the looms coil plug to one spade, then piggyback that to the other spade. The black from the loom 's coil plug is redundant, and you just earth the 2 coil bodies to the frame ? Dusty

No dusty that's not exactly correct. You should have two wires from the connector, a black wire and an orange wire.
The black wire grounds onto the frame. you can see the wire ground to the chassis using the button head allen bolt in the picture.
Just like you said the orange wire go's to connector on a coil and is then bridged to the other coil.
My coils are bolted directly to the frame so they could be earthing or not i never paid attention to that aspect.

When fitted flat you need to have them touching or they rattle of your tank and drive you insane

I used a double bullet connector from the orange loom wire then taking a wire to each coil and earthed the black wire to the mounting bracket. Works fine.
