My kill switch not working 🤔 Any ideas lads. Checked connection s inside switch, connection in lamp, all good.
Ta.
Is it possible the switch is also earthed sat clamped on the bars, as mine have been power coated wonder if the paint thickness is stopping the switch working correctly.

Hi there I think that's your problem there is a contact on the edge inside the right hand switch which contacts with your handle bars and the paint is stopping it making contact

Hi I have had this before could definitely be the powder coating, I have just had to use an over size drill bit on my earth screw hole to take the edge of the hole to bare metal.
