Right i know what these are as i replaced these on the other carbs that i was trying to use. Will remove my balls tomorrow & make sure they are clean & remove the tubes to check those also. Will also change the air jet to 27.5 to see if this helps as well.

Here we go
Took carbs off again, think i can now do this with my eyes closed. Removed everything possible including the brass balls. All completely cleaned in parts washer, then blown through with the air line. Put back together & checked. Starts runs & goes like shit off a shovel, came back home then the right carb started to overflow, removed & rechecked float height, was a little bit out. All adjusted & put back again now no leaks runs nice with an even tone from each exhaust, revs nearly off the clock.
Mot tomorrow & into the dyno Monday to get the best adjustment they can.

Keith, glad its a happy ending. This commissioning bit can be a bit troublesome but worth it in the end. Enjoy what is left of the summer.
