Looking really good, have you started it yet :-) Could you put a P clip through the hole on the tabs on the swingarm to position the hose?

I have some P clips and I had the hose made a bit longer so hopefully I can space the hose to the right and have a slight loop as it approaches the master cylinder ?
Not started it yet ! Ignorance is bliss on the teething problems LOL
Like I mentioned too about running it this time of year, I didn't want to fill the engine with condensation :-( I will only be doing heat cycles as it still needs UK registering etc

Bit of an issue with the tail unit, it is carbon fibre but the mould doesn't seem to have been a "true" mould as in just laid over top of an original plastic !
This means i can't properly pull the tail piece in as carbon doesn't like being bent ?
It needs pulling in about 5mm each side

I'd be putting some 5mm spacers between the cowl and the subframe

I have some rubber spacers to try and as long as it can be pulled in to be flush with the seat then I will stop at that
Helpful Gentleman PM'ed me to say a bit of heat off a hairdryer can bend it a bit , so maybe put it on and get it under tension and get the hairdryer out ?

I wasn't going to use the grabrail but if I was . it would need pulling in properly, see how it goes

Heat will soften the resin slightly to allow it to move a bit. Avoid too much heat as you'll destabilise the bond and create bubbles inside.
Looks like the mould was just badly made.
It should flex enough to be pulled in.

Got the tail piece on too
With the Gilly seat (can't spell it !) , like on my red LC I had to put washers under the seat latches on the seat base to get the seat to "click" down
