yup........was all runnin fine then a float bowl drain screw sprung a leak............sorted that.........followin week other one did the same...........new screw in that today..........all runnin hunky dorey..........ready for mot 2 mora..............wrong.poxy panels or brackets:

Shame about your fairing brackets mellow. How did you clean up the brake discs by the way? The bike is looking superb. The best F2 Ive seen, and I bet its even better in the flesh.

well............its like this people ..........i got an appointment with an assortment of "adjusting" implements this afternoon...........if this fairin dont line up by tomorrow im gonna give up

well........................... its on.im not 100% happy...........fairing is ligned up correctly at front and rear edges but bulges right out in the middle

i got a loverly str8 bracket..........adjusted the bit on frame it bolts to..............but like i say all holes line up as do front/rear edges but it bulges out in middle along join

i know ur all interested so heres a little update done another 35 miles today.thats 70 in total now.still aint blown up.............stopped smokin excessively and no leaks from barrel mouths thats all

Well done, Mellow. That's brilliant. I will be spending som time reading this thread. How's the F2 today. Does she still look as good?

Hi scruff. Thanks for comments. Took a lot of time,effort &cash but worth it Still looks the same 3 years on.Havent ridden it nearly enough.Only ridden about half a dozen times and covered approx 400 miles. The reason haven't ridden much is theres two more things that im not completely happy with & to me i dont want to take out knowing they need doin. But i have hopefully sourced the part to rectify this now and will then be happy to take out knowing its completed in all its glory
