Well that bike completely made the trip to the show worthwhile, i went there especially to see it and have to say it didn't disappoint. So chuffed for you and it just works you are a true talent and inspiration and well done on yet another top shelf build. Didn't think you could better your first creation but this second is out the park, god only knows what you can achieve for the 3rd. Fantastic job on a fantastic bike you should be so proud i just wish i had even a little of your skills.

Thank you so much buddy I really do appreciate those comments I worked so hard on this build to get it ready for the show I'd didn't recieve a prise this time but you can't have everything but the remarks I've received on the forum more than made up for it so cheers again and I promise the 3rd will be a step up again and different :-)

Don't want to sound like a dick because I do really like the bike and your attention to detail.
But I can't get my head around the shock mounting, it doesn't look safe to me? I've never seen a shock mounted to a subframe, furthermore it's a bolt on subframe, if you took the two lower brackets out of the equation the whole thing would just pivot. So there must be a lot of faith put in those lower brackets?

Thanks for your opinion fella I can assure you it's a solid unit bolted I've a mate in engineering and we discussed a few options because I didn't want any welds and like any subframe there's always a Strain at the fixing points welded or not you mention the lower bars not being there and would pivot what would happen to any subframe if you removed the lower supports the upper would stress and break all or most subframe have 4 mounting points this one is solid and works well my builds will never go the easy route I like to be different wait till you see the 3rd :-)

I'm sure you've looked into it so hopefully it holds up, but sometimes I think there's a reason why you've never seen certain things done before.
