There's the problem, as mentioned earlier, at £200 BIN, still no one wants to buy it (I was offered it for slightly less last week)
It looks like it still need filling/smoothing etc, but if it was a genuine unknown LC tank, it would have been snapped up by now, Just like the £350 one last week was.

It is different underneath to the Indian tanks but looks the same slightly off shape.
Should an lc tank not be less angular above the knee indents.
Also tap hole looks not threaded.

Someone would be brave to purchase that, as all seems not quite right with it, seller seems to have been "told " many things about it, but can't prove anything.

Hi, A couple of years ago I emailed two 3D printer company's to see if it was possible to 3D print motorbike petrol tanks. They both replied and said unfortunately they could not print in metal, and could only print using plastics. I posted it on here or the LC Club site. A quick look on google today, tells me that they now can 3D print using various types of metals. Might be time to send some more emails ! Steven.

If Norbo did it he would have to make something for his investment and hassle, 520 would become something more for sure... as it should be. I also like the idea of buying direct if im buying, Id save the VAT being from outside the EU which would cover the cost of posting it or come close, they quote 125quid to send a tank to Aus and the VAT is 100ish... And, that would not be the case with norbo as he's not vag regd of course. All you really need is to set up a group buy with the company making em, people order and pay directly, you just need the number of orders to be placed before production. Setting up a group with the company would seem the obvious way to go, would see who was serious about wanting one, only downside I can see with that idea is that I would want to see a finished copy before placing an order, if they could be persuaded to make up a tank to satisfy us of the quality we could expect then I can't see why it shouldn't be a win win situation all round. That wouldn't happen mate, he has massive expense tooling up for these and needs a minimum of 10off to make it worthwhile picking his hammers up. I can tell you that if you want a totally as original copy, it won't be, it'll be great but not exactly the same. Andy

Andy You can, it would cost about a million quid (exaggerating but it would be loads more than £500) and it would look as rough as a bears arse. Andy
