After a four week wait, I picked my BMW S1000R up yesterday. Only done 170 miles, but what a bike it is. Gotta run it in before they will take the limiter off it, but it's quick enough as it is!   |

"Quick enough as it is"... Go wash ya mouth out! Very nice bike though haven't seen one close up. Enjoy it nothin quite like a new bike, I miss the running in in a strange sorta way knowing it will never be repeated again. |

beauty mate...looks comfy as well. Its dead comfy mate, especially with the comfort seat which also lifts it another inch giving more legroom. I've never ridden anything as smooth and torquey, pulls 30mph in top if you want it to! |

That's very nice quite a few were using them for wheelieing at elvington airfield at 170mph

I've now done 750 miles on it (in a week...) so took it for it's first service yesterday. They took the limiter off and also added the fourth riding mode (dynamic pro).
It's certainly fast enough for me.....
