Hi Eyrey Nice creation, are you sure premix is a better lubrication system. Your bottom cylinder is almost upside down. It would be a logical choice to feed oil to the big ends because gravity would pull any large quantity of oil down. This is me thinking out aloud, and would love to know the pro's and con's of the different methods

thanks mark im well happy with it im waiting on a mk2 front end so i can swap it for a mk1 front end as mk2 is better then i can get it properly fixed back in and put the pipes back on and hope the top pipe will be ok in the mk2 rear sub frame Ive just bought for it , so selling all the mk1 stuff i will ring this week and get that top end done for you , is that ok ?

got a bit more done i can start to bolt everything on to it now and check everything fits and it runs ,then strip it again just orderd another inlet manifold as mine is a bit rough and got 2 nuts and 2 washers today $37 from usa pics look at all that shiney clean ally ! mk2 front end is on engine is sort of back in

i dont think it will weigh as much as an lc engine it is big but thin , only as wide as a 250 barrel i will weigh it when its done it should be light its all aluminium/magnesium frame and swingarm etc the mk1 rs250's were 6k new and mk2 7k and full of top parts i dont think the engine will weigh much more if any than the rgv engine it came with im trying to buy 2 more engines at the minute for next projects

Love it as used to knock the bottom engine mount bolt into place ! as it happens they are the only tools ive used so far lol front end is only finger tight and thank you for the interest . i will try to get more done this weekend

hello Donald ! it should look the bollocks when its done ,a long way to go yet im aiming for spring , as can't get the body work or it painted until then so going to get it running first , then nut and bolt it again into bits get it all plastic coated and painted , and do the final build .

yes mate , got new starter motor ,just need to put it on got the zeel wired up just done it with bullet connectors at the minute using a loom adapter so it can all be unplugged and wires swapped if i have problems , but i doubt it as i had someone who knows what he s doing to sort that out need to put oil in the engine throttle cable on , sort the choke from plunger to both on cable put battery on , i bought a std v due battery that weighs 3kg and is massive and had no where to put it really so bought one of those expensive lithium jobs , off a new fireblade 1000 ,it only weighs 480g lol and is tiny and has no liquid in so can be put in upside down if needed power valve motor and cables ,coils and leads and caps and plumb in the new ally rad you told me to buy same as yours it fits perfectly just above top carb ,sort pipes on engine and i can start it then ! cant wait ive orderd body work and i should have it in february and is a bit nice , then take it all to bits again and get frame, swingarm and wheels plastic coated and anything else that doesnt look new .
