Suspect that’s owned by a forum member looking at what else he has for sale, agree that it’s a little creative in the description, I sold a far far better pair for £200 on here 18 months ago.

YES... tis mine... No other prices to go off apart from what others have them up for, loads of 350lc pipes but without the stamping for the same money, so 250's..... Gravel rash is very minor and would clean out easily.. two very small dents that would pin pull out fairly easily if you have the tools.

Just got a pair today £6 from China👍 I went that route with specs. Put them in the bin and instantly could see a lot better.. There is an article on fixing exhausts somewhere. They came out very well, after cutting sections out allowing the damage to be knocked out them welding back up.

I get reading glasses from the £ shop. usually buy half a dozen pairs at a time, and dot them all over house, workshop & garage. Cuts down on searching time & are genuinely disposable for a quid. Work as well as my 1 expensive pair as well.

Gravel rash is 90% gone Painted in satin but the paint is still wet in these photos.. Er no! I think I’ve got a couple of yokes in my stash if anyone genuinely needs one! Btw on the previous topic of pipes, local shop near me braised up the ends of a set of dented lc pipes, heated them to fcuk, then blew them out with compressed air. Perfect job.

Tax and MOT exempt comes in at 40 years. Apparently it is the rare f1 model ffs. What a description he knows nothing about it, except how much he(wrongly) thinks it worth.

Tax and MOT exempt comes in at 40 years. Apparently it is the rare f1 model ffs. What a description he knows nothing about it, except how much he(wrongly) thinks it worth. Unfortunately so many people have jumped on the bandwagon believing RD bikes and parts are the holy grail. Anyone who actually likes these bikes will probably have been into them for years. Consequently they would have picked up spares and maybe even bikes when they were reasonably priced. Some people these days are trying to cash in on a market they see rising without any knowledge of the market itself. That’s not to say they won’t sell for these ridiculous prices, just will take longer until someone who doesn’t know the value ‘must have it’ for a line they believe ‘better than money in the bank’. I’m so pleased I bought mine when I did, and can choose to spend as much or a little on restoring them. Jon
