Quick update I spent Saturday getting it running and ready for an mot seeing as the 385 lump won't be done in time for the Southend shakedown Then today I decided to start building the 385 As usual I started by replacing the selector shaft bush for the longer type Then an upgraded bearing for the gear drum Replaced the gear shaft bearings Gen yam crank seals a must One last look at the 4mm hot rods crank And the cases are bolted together Needed a break from the n1 Matt

Well the bike is now ready for an mot with the original engine in for now As for the 385 engine I've put a Mitaka basket, new dampers, power plates and H/d springs Rebuilt the valves, forged pistons and a wicked head Just waiting on a 50c thermostat and spacer Done a leak test and typically for me the only thing leaking is the leak kit Matt

Try some latex fluid that they use in mountain bike tubes. Just brush a bit around the valve and pressurise it. I have used "Tyre Juice" In my LC wheels without inner tubes
