Just picked up my 250E & 400E paintwork done at mate’s rates by an industry contact and it has turned out beautifully.
Hoping to pick up my 400F stuff in a few more weeks.

Got my crank back from norbo, laid the input and output shafts in the cases to make sure the missing thrust washer I replaced has fixed the end float problem. All good, cases and barrels off to the blasters on Wednesday for clean ready to start getting it back together

Not an LC but had a GT750 front and a GS1000 rear hub blasted so spent a few hours in the shed spraying them ready to send to Hagon to get alloy rims laced on for the TR/XR11 Steve

Spent the day stripping the body work off the RG then cleaned all the sanding dust off the whole bike after sitting in bike paints for. Nearly six months🤬went to fire it up before fitting all the panels only to find the battery dead !!

I have to admit I’m spoilt you might need to take a week off to run all your bikes although I think 80 miles on your CR5s you could be pushing them for a few of the miles with out a gas station or two as I know what mines like! love the look of that red and black bike mart

LOL, Isn't that the truth, Ill ride the 350s next week and see how that goes, You know, out of all the bikes in the garage, I really like the LC, Its just a simple, fast, nimble little wobbly b*****d that's great fun

Has anyone used the vinyl decals for the rd250,350lc on ebay for the speedo, tachometer & temp gauge? Yes. A cheap option to restore clocks...as long as you don't want to ride it at night. They block any light coming through so you can't read the speedo! You can get new faces for about £50 on eBay...a better option. Alex
