Forgot to say they the end clamps should also be stamped underneath with 54 or 54G for LC and 58 or 58G for LC2/31K.
I had a set of end clamps reproduced a long time ago, but the guy did not have enough time to go into production.

Success got a load more pictures looks awesome all the right stamping first few pictures were just pants bit of a champfer on it an text depth is same as one of 4l0forevers Itching to get it on the bike now

ahh yeah I get you mate the font on the 54 is identical to the 5 on yours never sent those pictures so all fingers crossed also seen some pictures after a lot of hunting with a supper shallow chamfer proof will be in when it arrives I guess

one sm 74 5 colour mate and a xl 75 4 LX 18,000 sheets per hour axis control V2 F format so larger than b2 now absolutely amazing how much they have moved on since the SM's runs at 16-18k on everything only a few of the 18k versions in the uk even Heidelbergs showroom one is a 15k an hour haha just put a brand new supra setter in to exciting times thats the new xl with dad stood on it I did 140,000 impressions in a shift absolutely screaming, I don't get to go on the press much lately as Im on the running of things side more just that age old thing of needing more work haha 24 hours to fill with the equivalent of 3 Sm'74's but no marking or anything really awesome bit of kit even don't get hickeys on it compared to the sm

That's some impressive machinery you have there! We have a 4 colour 74 a 5 colour 74 and a little GTO. Our XL is being installed at the end of march and both the 74's are going. Think ours is gonna be the 15000 an hour version lol. I work in finishing anyway so wont be allowed to play with it.

thats ace mate can't beat a good GTO tbh lot of people ended up millionaires of them things and rotaprints dad always says, most places go for the 15k as the 18k the feeder head becomes a consumable part at 16k a pop every 60 mil sheets ouch haha finishing is cool we've got a full finishing department to

well it came today decided to keep it regardless as it looks brilliant on the bike and being a track bike it'l do thanks for all the Pm's with pictures everyone was some really similar braces depth wise and others with champers but who knows haha here's some pictures of the goodness

Very nice, I do like a Micron fork brace, watch that brake line splitter banjo bolt doesn't hit the brace when you come down from a wheelie! Very common unless you reduce the oil air gap in the forks or/and put more pre- load in. Guess you know this though!
