Thank you for the welcome. Yes Norbo knows me very well !!! ( another RZ nut , but fm abroad ) Norbo helped me out on my 350 power valve as needed lots of spares to get her in that shape and I thank him alot , and for that this bike will always have RD LC CRAZY stickers on the side panels. Shall keep photos coming fm my hydrid built too. Regarding the high capacity rads I got them fm USA RG500.com Link : www.rg500.com/miva/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=R&Product_Code=5797Rad&Category_Code=RZ350Solved my cooling problem with a high impeller inserted as in Greece we have huge heat most time of the year , could say expensive but worth the money at the end !!! mine were special order because were filled on the sides...... more $$$ then quoted price and a month time fm order + shipping. Also consulted with Trinity racing for the 421cc engine and recommended these rads as the best rad cooling off such stroker engines. Here's some quick videos of my powervalve : Top revs , you will see she goes into red zones 215 kilometers and has more power to offer !! Next step is PWK 28mm for the powervalve + programable ignition & strength the clutch with Barnet heavy duty springs as slipping off fm power. Hope you like it. Petros

Hi Jazz , I'm fm Piraeus mate. I work in a shipping company and the building is very near fm the point you joined the ferry to the Cyclades Islands. No panic abt Mykonos !!! So you went to Naxos , hope you enjoyed it there , by the way did you go to St' Anna beach Really clean , blue beach there. Also Crete and Corfu are really nice but I prefer Cyclades Islands better. Mainly I go almost every year to Paros Island for my summer vacations. Petros

Hi mate , Nice machine you got there ( king of two stroke torque !!! ) I know exactly what your saying........ about non dry. unfotunately it does not rain often in Greece.
I went enduro riding previous Sunday and it rained same day & three days before continuesly !!! Oh man , the KTM was full of mud and very slippery too ..... had to be very carefull. We climbed two mountains , narrow paths full of mud and on top patths were rocky which was very slippery & risky .......too My 250 was always ahead and non stop. A buddy had a KTM SX 250 motocross and was stuck very often , I thought he did not know how to ride but when I tried his bike after it was completely diffrent fm my bike with too much power and diffrent trans ratio.
Shame I did not a photo to post.....

Exhaust rear brackets with rear sets in place.... Chain AFAM 520 x-ring with offset sprocket in place. Strarted making my own RZ gauges , used alloy tubes and will place original RZ's inside after polish them off , left speedo , middle thermo , right tach. still lots of work ... Got the idea fm Suzuki GSX 400 gauges , something like this. Petros

Long time I've posted..... So here are my hand made gauges.started out diffrent in my mind and came out diffrent ... After rubber coat with clocks installed , still missing temp. clock which will fit under and screw fm top. Made side brackets with sort of form to hold front light and keep gauges stable. General view of bike as is ...... today Petros

I'm sitting here on a Friday night, had a few beers and drinking a couple more, I've read your page and just been blown away. Man, you are the real deal. What a life you lead. If I wore a hat, I would tip it in your direction. Keep the faith.

Got some parts done ........ Carbon side cover // brackets & rubber coated rear sets & rear bracket for exaust. ( needed some cleaning though before taking pics as I cut a little the belly pan to fit so you see some white dust ) Faced a problem with my CDI 29K-50 unit ( no spark ) although when connecting another 29L CDI unit for test got strong spark so proof it was the CDI unit fault , but did not want wrong curves fm a 250cc for this engine so I cut the bullshit and ordered a zeel unit with programmer in order to get full potential out of this engine Thanks to Norbo ( great guy ) Zeel unit is already in the post office on the way ( Thanks alot Norbo !!! ) Getting ready for some paint ..... ( will give it a TZ 750 scheme look ) Reverting .... Petros
